Can you explain your hours?

Since we are a fully mobile operating service, we have office hours and technicians hours

Office Hours are the days and times we are available to speak directly over the phone.

Technician Hours: days and times we are able to schedule a tech to come out for the repair

Office Hours:

Mon - Fri 9am-6pm

Technician hours:

Sun - Fri by appointment

No need to wait until we are open to contact us, we encourage our customers to reach out day or night by phone, text, email or our conatct form and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

Do you offer services on weekends?

Our technician hours are Sunday through Friday

We are closed Saturdays

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

If something comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please call or text us as soon as possible so we can update our calendar and avoid sending out a technician .

If you fail to cancel your appointment before a technician is in route, a service call fee of $50 will charged

By scheduling an appointment with us you are excepting our policies and agree to pay the necessary fees associated with our services.

What is the "Service Fee" and what does it cover?

We dont like fees either, but sometimes they're necessary. Because we are a fully mobile business, the service fee covers our travel costs to and from the location and all administrative costs that are both necessary and required for running the business.

We believe in full transparency, all costs and pricing will be discussed prior to work being done.

We will never add charges to your bill that you are unaware of

Service Area

What areas do you service?

Our base is located on the south end of Guthrie, our local service areas are all cities/towns/counties within a 35mi radius of our base including: Edmond, Oklahoma City, Del City, Yukon etc

If your location is more than 40mi from our base, an additional travel fee of $15 will be applied, if it's more than 50mi, $25 will be applied.

If your location is more than 60mi from our base, please contact us and we'll see what we can do!

Someone needs to be available and present at the location of the job during the entire duration of the service call. If the Tech arrives to the location and there is no point of contact present, the tech will not begin the job and it will have to be rescheduled. Please note, this will incure an additional $50 travel fee
